We rolled out the red carpet this week for 131 amazing readers who earned a special Lunch with the Librarian by logging more than 200 reading minutes during our Read‑A‑Thon fundraiser!
Mrs. MacDonald transformed the library into a full VIP dining experience — fine linens, candlelight, soft ambiance, and all the elegant touches to make our readers feel celebrated.
Our students were treated like true celebrities thanks to our incredible SRO team — Officer Contreras, Officer Resendez, and Sergeant Kershaw — who served lunch with white gloves and silver platters. Our 4th graders enjoyed their own VIP service from Mrs. Mullanix and Mrs. Williams, making their day extra special.
